CREATE  - long-term financial strength by commissioning a Capital Survey outlining capital improvement needs for the next 10 years and devising a funding plan that addresses those needs.

 

BUILD  - investment value for our owners by: enhancing our existing assets, properly maintaining our infrastructure, inventing a rental marketing plan, and creating financial stability.
